Service & maintenance

For fault-free operation

Services.

MOBS systems are maintained and serviced by expert staff in our technical customer service department. Work is performed either at our facility or during business hours on your own premises if you prefer.

Tech support by phone

We provide technical support by phone Monday through Friday, 7 AM through 6 PM CET to listen to your description of faults and connect you with the appropriate service center. They will give you recommendations for resolving, preventing, or bypassing faults. Your certified MOBS Supervisor can either implement them independently or wait for our technical support to come on site.

Replacement part service

During the contract term, you will receive replacement parts from us. We will charge them based on the current respective replacement part list and send them to you upon failure or discovery of a defect. Express shipping is also available in an emergency. In doing so, we rely on you informing us about faults and failures right away and supporting us in troubleshooting.

Replacement module service

As needed, we can send you specific system components, such as detectors or OAMs, which we’ll charge based on the current respective replacement part list. Express shipping is also available in an emergency. What we need from you is a prompt message about the fault or damage to the system components, including their serial numbers, acceptance of replacement components, and speedy return of the defective system components (within three days).
